Each person has unique fitness goals. We’ll create a weekly plan that works for each person in the Xperience—whether you workout from home, at the gym, or outside. Hi! I'm Rachel, the creator of Rachel Pastor Coaching and The Xperience. I am a Transformation Expert specializing in helping people breakthrough limiting beliefs, create new behaviors, habits, and A BODY THEY LOVE using fitness, nutrition, accountability, and neuroscience. I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2008.
I have a wonderful husband, two beautiful girls, and a crazy dog, and we love our active and full life in Fort Collins, Colorado. I love getting together with good friends, exercising (duh!), eat and at the top of my list of favorite things to do is traveling.
My mission in life is to impact the masses with the JOY of health and fitness. I came to this mission at the darkest time in my life. I was very unhealthy, 60 pounds heavier, drug addicted, homeless, hurt and felt completely lost. I knew I needed to change!
I went back to school and started working in a gym, teaching group fitness. Eventually, I became a personal trainer, specializing in nutrition and life coaching and I opened my own gym. What I learned through all of this is that in order to create lifelong change there needs to be a change from the inside out. So, I became an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) specialist to create change at the subconscious level. I’ve taken all of this knowledge and years of experience online to help anyone from anywhere to achieve the changes they’ve always wanted but haven’t been able to maintains.
I have had the incredible opportunity of impacting thousands of lives around the world with my mission between my coaching, events, podcast, and videos. I know without a doubt this is what I was meant to do.

I spent most of my life overweight. When I would diet, I would lose the weight using a restrictive diet; but I was never able to keep the weight off. Three years ago, I was at an all-time low. I was overweight, unhealthy, had numerous medical concerns, and was unhappy. Through all of this I have learned how to take what the world has thrown at me and turn it into Unstoppable Adventures.
After making some amazing changes to my life, I am so driven to help others learn these tools. Helping others live out their dreams in a happy and healthy way is my new passion. I joined the Rachel Pastor Coaching team this last year, and I love seeing the impact and changes in so many people’s lives. The last 3 months have given me such confidence that I can get my health back if I just do the consistent work. I’m so grateful Rachel helped me come to that realization!
During coaching all the growth lessons opened my eyes and really helped me transform from the inside out. I learned you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight.

After losing our daughter in 2016 I packed on the pounds. The mindset work was exactly what I needed! I lost inches and gained muscle. I went from not working out to doing Ironman triathlons.
I know that I am worth it. I have learned self love. I have also learned I can do the hard stuff. The first picture is 2018 and the other is Oct 2020. Today I am strong. I am loved. I am a survivor. I am a nonsmoker. I am so much more.
Before starting coaching I was in a COVID rut. Feeling overwhelmed, down, taken out of my good habits, struggling with weight gain and the transition of my daughter being home from school while I was working full time from home.
One of the first things I was told was, “I will make sure you reach your goals, but you have to put in the work.” And that’s exactly what happened.
The physical changes are obvious on the outside as I have lost 30+ lbs and over 24” with Rachel as my coach. The mental changes are not as obvious but they are even more important to my long term health and success.
I took a leap of faith when joining the coaching program and all I can say is wow. I got so much more then I was expecting more then just eat this and go workout.
Sick and tired of being sick and tired... that was the cycle I was in... If 2020 taught me anything ... it’s that I CAN DO HARD THINGS and I WILL.
